# How to use it

## The handbook is:

* A guide for sustainability intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs who are looking to step up their game and become “fearless leaders” 
* A motivator to ask the right questions that can propel your company/organization forward on the path of authentic sustainability
* A way to highlight authentic sustainability through our 4Revs Values compass, and the exceptional cases we’ve researched over the last 3 years. 
* A prompt to take concrete action and start your sustainability journey today!

## The handbook is not:

* A comprehensive guide of A-Z sustainability solutions
* A showcase of solutions that are short-sighted, myopic, or contribute to greenwashing
* A product paid by any of the companies featured throughout the book. 

## How to read it

The handbook is composed of 10 chapters, or building blocks:

The chapters can be read in any order. You can read them all in one go, or you can consult them separately whenever you need specific domain information. You can also consult the '[Critical questions](/handbook/critical-questions.md)' page to find answers to specific topical questions. We do recommend that you start with the introductory sections, including the Value Compass. Fearless Leadership is best read at the end, as it contains references to other chapters and it functions as a closing chapter.
